Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive my report?
Reports are generated every month and sent on the 15th of the month.
If you sign up during the last half of the month (any day after the 15th), we’ll send your first report to you by the end of the month as long as you’ve successfully provided us the necessary information and access to generate your report.
Do I need to provide you access to our website?
Is this report only for websites running WordPress?
Nope.
We are able to provide you with a monthly report for any public facing website.
If a security issue is found, will you help resolve it?
Sure!
However, providing a security fix is not included with your Website Performance Report. Feel free to reply to the email in which you received your report or contact us and we can advise you on what next steps you can take for us to help you.
In general, we provide ongoing Website Management services which include malware cleanup and malware cleanup services as part of our Security Audit service.
Can you help us fix website speed and performance issues?
If your website is running WordPress, you bet!
